Wilkinson Sword Double Edge Razor Blades

These are less prone to cut me than the previous blades that I was getting from the drugstore.

This is my favorite blade. It’s sharp and smooth which is a great combination. I highly recommend it.

Plenty sharp Plenty smooth. Perfect when paired with my Edwin Jagger DE87.

I got a great shave with just two passes that's phenomenal.

Traded in my straight razor for a Rockwell 6c. Fantastic choice. First blades was Wilkinson. Didn't know there were 3 kinds. These were Chinese. I have sensitive skin, heavy beard (redhead) and found these to be very sharp. Tried settings from 1 to 5. Used 4 a while then backwards to 2. All were able to BBS but aftershave burned a bit. 2 was mildest that would still go to BBS after 3 passes. Will advise when I test the Germany variant that others say is less sharp than Chinese and get back with results. Writing notes as samples pack is used. All will be compared to W. China

A very good blade. I do not quite get as many shaves
with this blade compared to the Astra Green but still an excellent product.

When I was a child, Wilkinson Sword advertised on all the major televised sporting events. At some point they stopped and I have heard of them in decades. I didn't even know they still existed until I saw a pack in the sampler I bought from Razor Emporium.

I use them with a Rockwell 6C, plate #3. They are sharp and smooth. I bought 100, which is probably a lifetime supply at this point. 95+% as good as a Feather at half the price. And more forgiving.

I am reviewing the German blades. 60 years of shaving and I found the best DE blades. Sharp but not harsh, Gives a very close, smooth irritation free shave.

Sharp and extremely comfortable shave

This is my top blade pick in the Rex Konsul. I've tried many and this is a perfect blend of sharp yet easy on your skin. It's also good in the butterfly Feather adjustable razor but a tiny bit harsh in a Yates razor. The design of the razor really does change your experience with the blade so be willing to try a few to find the perfect one for your skin/hair type and your preferred razor.

These are the German made blades and they are very smooth. I would rate them as sharp but not super sharp. The price on these blades is incredible. You can’t go wrong with these

The razors are excellent. However, 5 blades are contained in a hard plastic dispenser, which is en route to the landfill when done. A lot of people shave with a safety razor w/ replaceable blades because they find disposable razors wasteful. So is this.

Work very well. Still on my first pack but so far so good. Could be one of my favorites.
