Rockwell R1 Double Edge Safety Razor

I wanted to try double edge shaving without spending a lot. This razor is amazing. I removed it from the box, lathered my face with bar soap, and got a great, nick free shave the first time I used it. I used the lightest pressure and took my time, that was it!

I used to be a disposable razor consumer and I didn't like them because I get a ton of hair growth and it's a waste of money. I switched to a shavette and liked the results a lot and decided to try this Rockwell.

I like the ROckwell since it doesn't give you the closest shave possible and it's very hard to cut yourself (unless you got troll cavemen accuracy) and for certain delicate areas I prefer to use a safety razor.

This is a great starter and great razor overall (been using it for a couple of months)

Got this to replace my walmart razor that broke. Was using it with can goo and it did what it was supposed to do. I dont know much about razors or blades but this one has already paid for itself so I am happy with it. Good place to start if you are looking for an inexpensive way yo get into safety razors or need a cheap one quickly.Shipped fast, very happy. Will get my upgrade from RE as well.

I’ve never used a razor like this before, after the first shave, I will never go back to a regular razor.

I don't shave every day, often going nearly a week between shaves (my beard and head) and this razor works great for this. It makes a great first pass and I can switch to something more aggressive for a second pass, when I need to look my best. LOVE IT. I've used the Parker 91R and this and choose this razor every time. I've been using DE razor for about 2 years and still go back to a mach 3 occasionally for final pass.

This is a very well-made razor. I'm currently experimenting with different types of razor blades but the razor itself is very nice. Well worth it for me.
