Never thought it would work this well.

Switched from cartridge razor. I'm still getting the hang of angle and pressure, BUT shaves are easy and comfortable. Suprises and pleased !

Rockwell is safe

I like the feeling of the handle, weight is heavier than my other two. I wish I would have gotten all the other attachments. I only have the 1 & 3 settings. Not as close a shave as my other two safety razors. I think I will eventually get the other setting

Rockwell 2C Gunmetal

I am impressed with this razor. It felt like I was wiping the whiskers off and no drag. Shaved with the grain using the #3 side, then 2nd pass against the grain with the #1 side. Shaving foam rinsed off the razor easily with each pass.

A very good razor

The Rockwell line of razors offer, in my experience, a truly worthy shaving experience. The weight of the razor is about 3 ounces and that along with the knurling on the handle give the user superb control of the razor. What gives the Rockwell razor an advantage over other brands is the series of interchangeable base plates. If you need more blade exposure switch to a higher number, and a lower number for less exposure. When you find the right combination of base plate and preferred blade, you have dialed in the right shave for you. I have been using a Rockwell 2C or 6C for about two years now, and I love the Rockwell Razor system. Shaving with a Rockwell is a pleasant experience.

This was exactly what I was hoping for. The lowest aggression is so mild, it's almost impossible to cut yourself. Great for a beginner or someone with sensitive skin. The 3 setting was much more aggressive and would work perfectly for most shavers.

The feel of the razor is very solid and the finish felt high-end. I would highly recommend this razor.
