1955, the first offering from Rex Supply co. is a subtle, confident scent. Inspired by the most popular colognes from the 1950’s, with floral notes of Hyacinth & Gardenia woodsy notes of Vetiver & Sandalwood. The complex 1955 aroma is unlike anything available today, nothing musky, no headache inducing smack, and nothing exotic about this classic American construction.

What A Treat!

Got the 1955 Aftershave Balm from my daughter for Father's Day. It smells and feels great! A real treat for a freshly shaved face. Will definitely be ordering more of this stuff.

1955 Aftershave Balm

I have the 1955 shaving soap, and my wife loves the scent. Decided to try the aftershave splash and balm to complement the soap. I use the splash, then follow with the balm as a lotion. They each do a fantastic job in reducing my skin irritation and redness, but they work even better in unison. This is my first try at Rex or Razor Emporium aftershave products, but they won’t be my last. I’m going to buy a similar set for the 1966 scent.

1955 Balm!

I loved the scent of the 1955 shaving soap so much, that I had to have the matching balm. With me having sensitive skin I was always hesitant in getting a fragrenced aftershave balm and I have to say this performed great. It left my skin feeling well protected after the shave and the only reason why I gave this 4 stars is because it doesn't have the same sent as the soap. Either way a great product and pairing with the 1955 shave soap. I kind of wish they would make a cologne out of this in the future

1955 balm

This is an excellent product. Both the scent and the ingredients are superior. The balm goes in smoothly and the face feel after applying it is soothing and refreshing.
I have the accompanying soap and aftershave and the same can be said for them. This is an incredible product line.
