Proraso | Styptic Gel for Nicks & Cuts

Try it. Stops bleeding easy enough. Kind of like a gel or silicone coating. It's not bad, just different.

Awesome stuff like it better then the pencil version works very fast. Only downside I see is since it's a gel it makes your skin sticky and dry over the affected area of cut but stops the bleeding quickly

None of us want to cut ourselves shaving, but it happens, and this Proraso Styptic Gel is the best way to cover the cut. Easy to apply and it's clear so it won't leave that white residue that other styptic pencils can. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I use this a lot. Works great, stops nicks right away.

I was using a septic pencil until I started using this gel.
I am happy to say that I don’t use it vey often. However I know that it’s right by side when I do.

Learning how to use an injection razor on my entire head. It has been a bloodbath. This stuff is AMAZING. Not a weeper or nick it didn’t stop dead in it’s tracks

I’ll confess that my first use of this was not on my face, but instead on my hand after dropping my razor and instinctively catching it by the blade head…doh. Still this stopped the bleeding on a cut that could borderline have used stitches.

Next use was closer to the intended us but I may have found my own method…put a drop of this with the aftershave in my hand and put both all over my post shave face. Almost immediately closed up the weepers (I have a few spots where I get these no matter how I shave). Much easier than applying alum or a Styptic pencil to each spot, and almost feels like I rubbed an alum block over my entire face (without the irritation that sometimes comes as those blocks wear down immediately and with less of a drying feel. Found my new post-shave protocol

Does the job and is definitely a great travel option. I personally prefer their Alum block and am planning to get one for my travel case.

This stuff works as intended. Does not leave any residue behind. No chalky appearance. Stops the bleeding almost instantly. I prefer this over sticks. Will always keep in my shaving gear.

This stuff works pretty well for nicks and cuts, but i'm not entirely convinced that its a necessity in my shaving kit. If you shave very often it could be nice to have

easy to apply. I was not stuck on the white film which remains so fellas, remember to go back and tab a little water to remove; otherwise, people may look at you strange. At the end of the day, it does a great job stopping the bleeding from minor cuts.

Seals nicks and cuts quite well. Nuff said.

I prefer this gel over any other Styptic product. It works fast. Dealing with Razor Emporium is always a pleasure.
