After months AND MONTHS of research I finally felt comfortable investing in a serious safety razor. My skin is wildly sensitive, so the 4-5 setting nearly killed me but the 1-3 settings have been so nice. A closer shave than I’ve ever gotten just with two passes. It also looks and feels heavy, to me that really reminds me of the safety razors I remember my father using which is personally very meaningful.
I would absolutely recommend this to a friend, I would 100% purchase this same razor if anything happened to the one I currently have, and lastly, I will certainly be looking at other merkur products to fill out the collection.
