    Dependable Basic RBSR Model

Ironically it is more difficult to start on this type of basic RBSR - replaceable blade straight razor with the clip hood. They are a great value but do come with the necessity to build technique of rolling on to the skin and elevating to angle rather than approaching the skin edge first. The head and toe of the blade is unguarded in this style and these points are where most nicks occur. If possible, start with a straight razor if sharpening is reasonable for you, or Feather or Focus R28 RBSR. That all being said, this is a nice dependable basic Shavette that you should buy if you have use of it. Once you know how to use the RBSR, this type is great, a lot of barbers use them, and this particular one is good. It is also possible to learn on this by studying the tips from a good source and paying close attention.

    First shavette

It’s a fine shavette for the money I don’t really know how it compares to other companies but it works fine.

    R R Shavette

Very happy with my purchase on this. This was my first shavette and I used it mostly for lining my beard. I plan on learning more with this one and eventually moving onto a nicer shavette when I get the hang of it more.

    Black shavette

It looks good but loading a blade is a little tricky and once you get to actually shaving, it gets trickier because the blade is so thin it can cut you. I’m more comfortable shaving with my Dovo.
