This is my first time buying a safety razor set and I so enjoy it and certainly get your money's worth. The only thing I didn't like is the shaving cream after scent, it a good lather certainly but it leaves a smell on my wash cloth I use to clean my face after the shave and on the brush. It isn't a major issue I still suggest getting the package but I am going to buy me a new shaving cream pretty soon. other than that it was a great purchase.

I ordered the "Give it a Try" set as it was very reasonably priced to where it was "worth the experiment." I used disposable cartridges for many years and was frustrated with the amount of waste, the high cost, and how relatively quickly the blades dulled. I have been very happy with my DE Safety Razor! The weight of the razor feels appropriate in my hand, and I have quickly improved my technique by holding it differently for different parts of my face. I also additionally bought the Proraso pre-shave cream and a larger tube of the Proraso shaving cream. The blades have stayed sharp long, and every time I use a new blade I make a small Sharpie mark, so that I know the orientation of the blade when I shave and clean. This helps me maximize one part of the blade until I feel it's a bit dull before I switch to the other side. Waste is near nothing, blades don't dull, and cost now is next to nothing per shave!

I'm so happy I just jumped into this. Extremely new just received my premium kit today. Tested it out shaving around a full beard and it feels like I got a fresh line up from my barber. I'm so... happy that I picked this up just watching the YouTube vids with ease. Thank you and won't be going back to cartridge razors.
