Rex Supply Co. Ambassador Adjustable Razor

Review of Rex Ambassador Razor I have been looking at the Rex Ambassador Adjustable DE Razor for several months, either on line or video reviews. I was impressed, so I finally placed my order with Razor Emporium. When I received my new Rex Ambassador DE Adjustable razor it was well packed in Rex Supply new box which protected the razor during shipment. Very impressed. In looking at and holding the Razor, I was very impressed on how well the Razor was finished, the weight and the feel of the Razor. The machining, fit and finish are just outstanding. So, on to using my new Razor. I have been shaving for 50 + years and have a little practice on using a DE Razor. Shaving with the Rex Adjustable Razor, I was worried about using too aggressive blade so I used different blades and they were OK. I went back to my favorite blade which is a Feather blade and I found the perfect match for me. The Rex Razor is so well made it is just a pleasure to shave with. I must say, I have used a lot of Razors during my lifetime but the Rex Ambassador DE Razor is the best and in my opinion money well spent for the shave quality of the Razor. This is a well made Razor worth your Hard earned money. I have one regret, I didn’t buy it sooner.

Best Razor Ever!

After reading so many reviews about this razor I decided to take the plunge and order my own. Immediately upon opening the beautifully designed box I saw how high quality the craftmanship of this razor is. It feels premium and well weighted, well engineered and designed. The customer service is excellent, I had the pleasure of my email correspondences being dealt with by Matt. He was very friendly and helpful. For my first have I tried the razor with Vokshod blades on setting #4 and it felt extremely uncomfortable and lots of tugging, this really disappointed me. Half way through the shave I switched back to my trusted Astra SPs and the razor performed much better. Maybe I had a bad batch of Voskhod blades, not sure. I will give them a go again, but if they do not agree with me then I will stick to Astra blades. Otherwise I am very happy with my Rex Ambassador and look forward to many year of happy shaving with it. I recommend anyone to just buy one, it is worth the price. If I had known about this razor at the beginning I would not have wasted money buying cheaper razors. Well done Matt & team, this is a masterpiece!

Ambassador Adjustable Razor

I recently purchased the Rex Ambassador and would rate my purchase experience along with the razor 5 stars. The product arrived in just a few days from order and I am super impressed with the quality. Like many have said, this razor will likely outlast you and can be something to pass down. In regards to the shave, it delivers as advertised. I use a 2.5 setting with 1 pass for standard shaves. I have sensitive skin and it is efficient but not too aggressive for me at 3 or below. Overall, it is well worth the money if you are looking for a razor that will last you a lifetime.
