Shave soap

This soap is exactly as described. This is just a great SHAVE SOAP and that’s it. It offers great protection, glide, and slickness. There are no promises of amazing skincare miracles and amazing “butters and oil” that will make you look 10 years younger. I’m not here to crap on artisans that make luxury soap either, because I have used many and they are usually great. This soap though is described as shave soap that is for SHAVING your face. This soap is great because it’s simple and straightforward. The tallow and shea butter leave your face feeling great and work well. Let’s be honest, we all pretty much use a post shave moisturizer/balm in order to add moisture back after a shave. In my opinion, that is why it’s just better to sometimes use a simple shave soap that works well and provides only what is needed for a superb shave, this soap is exactly that. It also just has a nice, light, “aqua velva” type scent in my opinion. It smells nice but is not overpowering by any means. This is a great, simple soap that I will rebuy. I’m looking forward to a splash and balm to compliment it. Keep the great stuff coming razor emporium/Rex-supply co. This is another winner.

1955 shave soap

This is an amazing tallow based shave soap that is very "slickery". It builds lather amazingly quick and has an old school scent that is light yet masculine, I just hope that they make an aftershave lotion to go along with this top notch soap. Awesome job Matt, keep up the good work!
