Simply wet the bar and scrub your face in circular motions until a light lather is built, then build your shaving cream lather directly over the pre shave! No need to reapply between passes, you are protected during shaving and beyond.

The Scent:

Great!

Using this pre-shave bar is a joy. I like it so much I sometimes use it as a face soap in the morning.

PreShave Bar

Incredible pre-shave! Helped me get to a 16 hour BBS shave with a Jagger 3one6 and Feather blade and no nicks, weepers or irritation! You go Matt!

Pre-Shave Soap

This soap is crazy good stuff! I can even use it when I'm in a hurry WITHOUT shaving soap for a quick clean-up shave. I've barely got the ridges worn off of my first bar and already knew I didn't want to run out so I bought 4 more bars to keep in stock. I highly recommend the Small Batch Pre Shave soap.

Slick Bar

I feel this is a Yogi Berra quote, "I can't recommend this pre-shave bar, it's too slick!" These are very slick bars and the first couple of times trying to smear it on my face as Matt does, I ended up chasing it around the bathroom floor after it squirted out of my hand. Very slick on the face, good base for shave soap. I finally gave up on trying to hold it while applying to the various angles of my face and started rubbing it between my hands as you would a bar of hand soap, then rub hands on my face. The bars last quite a long time. I shave daily and started using the bar in early Februray and it is now slightly smaller than my palm. Really nice cleansing, slick pre-shave!
