Not shave ready.

Was no where near shave ready. Bought stone & a strop but it is less sharp than before. Really disappointed & I honestly want my money back.

Gold dollar does good

After several months of shaving with dovo and boker razors tonight I shaved with the gold dollar and it shaved just as will as my my dovo and boker blades , I have had all year to hone these things though , as I have bought stones to hone them , I think a Dollar razor can do just as good as any other straight razor as long as it is taken care of properly

Duly impressed

I first tried a cheap $10 straight razor and thought, "no way is this ever going to work." Then I heard about the great beginner razors here and decided to give one a shot; The difference was night and day. The blade was ready to use out of the box and I've started down my new shaving journey. Absolutely love it.

Razor Emporium Gold Dollar Razor

Works great needed a little stroping. Only complaint is that it is out of alignment with the scale. Doesn’t close without guidance.
