I was a bit surprised by the size of the stone, a bit smaller that I thought it would be for some reason. The purpose it serves was very well welcomed. Slight tingle but definitely helped with post shave comfort.

I was surprised that the surface was a bit rough, as I’ve only used the Edwin Jagger block in the past, which was very smooth. I do like the larger size though.
