Keeps my face and head burn free after a shave, smells fantastic.

I absolutely love this scent. I love aftershaves that pay homage to vintage scents. Not that I know what the original Gillette would smell like, but I'll have to trust me on this. Well, anyways, this stuff is awesome and I get a lot of compliments at work. You won't be disappointed, give it a shot.

I have to say I absolutely love this aftershave! I am a big history buff and love the older way of life. This stuff is a great nod to a blast from the past! This stuff might just have taken a top place in my shave routine! It is such a great manly scent and last long time! I must say I am impressed with the strenght and long lasting power of this aftershave! I put it on after shaving the night before and I was still catching whiffs of it the next morning! I would absolutely love to see a balm and possibly a non-mentholated version for fall and winter time. All in all I am in Love!

I originally bought my first bottle of King R. Emporium after shave in June 2015 and made a 5 STAR Review... I LOVED IT!! As I was about the run out I bought another 2 weeks ago and when I got home, I noticed it no longer smelled like that OLD SCHOOL AROMA!??! WHY?? If it ain't broke...don't fix it. Well someone FIXED IT!!! BAD MOVE!!! I called later the day (8/12/16) I bought the bottle to ask about the change and the woman told me she would call me back on Monday..that never happened. On 8/26/16, I went to the store and brought the two different bottles-the old and the new and the man (with the beard) at the desk smelled the two and said,"They are different." He had never smelled the old formula (that was sad) and that Phoenix Artisan made that change and that he likes to do that...WHY??? It WAS far better than it is now and would prefer to have the aroma of what what I first purchased BACK ON THE SHELF...WHAT A WASTE.! Again, "If it ain't broke don't fix it." I will use this bottle due to cost but when it runs out, I will be looking for something else. I am NOT SATISFIED with fixing something that WAS NOT BROKEN. To me now the aroma is average product at best-it didn't feel the same coolness or the aroma that pops...This change is no longer the original HOME RUN I said below but a SINGLE. If it was Phoenix Artisan who made the change, they need to UNFIX what they thought needed FIXING!
