A short distance down the road from HCC is the George Dickel Distillery, founded over 150 years ago. Mr. George’s Tennessee Whisky, “as mellow as the Moon”, is a part of our rich history. In a nod to this iconic brand, we’ve named this handle “The Dickel”

You'll be able to have this handle set with our new knot, The Dragon Slayer/ST-1.  This knot  functions as though it were a blend of fibers from the Muhle STF and the Simpson.  Our knots are hand tied, the process used yields a knot with more density than others.   

With HC&C you get a larger knot that is more dense set in a super cool handle at a lower price.  What's not to love? Even better, we figured out how to set these knots so you get super high density knot performance with regular density pricing.  (This knot is the ST-1 from Oumo.  Like all our knots, the last part of the name is the manufacturers name.)
