Best shave in a long time

I have been disenchanted with the high tech multi-blade shaving heads, mainly because they are too pricey. I never use disposables because they never seem to last more than one shave and don't work well for me anyway. I never got a good shave from an electric razor. I remember that my Dad used a double edge safety razor so I figured I would see how well they worked and do a kind of cost/benefit analysis. I started with the Van der Hagen set from Target and the blades were awful. I found out that not all DE blades are created equal and just because they were made in Solingen, City of Blades, that does not make them good. I read a couple of reviews and the Feather blades were mentioned in a couple as very good. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised on my first shave. I can only get about 5 shaves before they start to dull noticeably but the value is there and the shave is nice and close.

    Great shave.

    Very sharp, no razor burn.

    The only blades for me!

I've tried a half dozen different brands of blades, but nothing comes 'close' to the shave I get from these!

    They're Sharp

Started using this blade when I returned to wet shaving. As long as you let the razor do the work, all is well; rush or muscle the thing and it may cost you - these blades are sharp...all considered, it is a solid piece of technology that does what it is supposed to do - provides a great shave; dare I say BBS? Although I will try other blades, this gem stays in my rotation.
