This strop is modular since it is assembled with solid brass Chicago screws that allow for easy disassembly to replace worn leather or canvas pieces. Cotton-linen canvas strop is for removing moisture post shave. Wool travel pouch included.

Cordovan strop

Very nice strop. I'm a beginner but works better and more of a pleasure to use compared to the Russian leather strop I had.

Ezra Arthur Cordovan & Canvas Strop

The strop arrived in a reasonable amount of time and appears to be well constructed, without any defects that I could see, as one would expect from a strop of this quality and price. It is a pleasure to use, and the half dozen or so shaves I’ve had since receiving it have been great. I guess you’ll have to ask me in 25 years how it’s going; hopefully it will still be going strong. The only thing I didn’t like about the experience was the extra $50 I was charged for selecting maroon rather than black, which wasn’t evident until I started checking out. Clearly, the company has a right to charge whatever they want, but it should have been done in a more transparent way, which was more like a hidden charge thrown in when buying a car.
