Good representation of a wide array of blades. I would have added a Perma Sharp or other sharper blade in the mix, but I'm overall pleased. The little guide that comes in the package is helpful. Product as described, fast shipping.

After having problems with DE blades purchased at local stores, I decided to order the beginner DE blade sample pack. I couldn’t be more pleased! The first blade provided a close and comfortable shave, such as every blade since. This follows many butchering shaves with lesser blades. I was beginning to believe there was something wrong with my prep and/or technique. Turns out, the problem was with the blades. I highly recommend trying this sample pack to get a feel for quality blades, a range of sharpnesses, and how such quality/sharpness can improve your shave. Ladies and gents... Blades really do make ALL the difference!

This was the first time I started wet shaving and had no idea what blades I should use. This was a great way to try a verity of blades and get an idea of what to try next. I would recommend this sample pack to everyone that is starting to use a de razor.

A great value at $6, I liked being able to try a wide variety and not be left wondering if there was a better choice out there for me. Turns out, for me the biggest difference among these is not the blades, but the packaging. The blades all feel about the same. But I found that I don't like the Astra blades because the paper wrapping has some kind of wax or glue on it, and you have to find the edge of the paper and pick at it with a fingernail. Lord and Dorco, on the other hand, just fold the paper around the blade making it very easy to unwrap.
