Available is a newly restored vintage straight razor from around the 1940's. Ground in Germany, this razor has a beautiful square point that adds great character. With it's 5/8" size it is easily handled and with it's hollow grind it will cut through a beard easily. The hollow grind also allows for easier honing for beginners and masters alike. Original scales are an awesome vintage accent for this beautiful blade. Restoration: This razor went through our complete Revamp service. It was first polished to a near mirror finish, removing all active rust and as much metal as was safe for this grind. The scales were also polished to give a high luster. The blade then went through our True Honing process, utilizing stones such as a Naniwa Chosera 10k, Belgian Yellow Coticule and Shapton 30k to give this straight razor the perfect edge. It arrives to you stropped and shave ready.
