This beautiful uncirculated set comes to us from a private collector. This was Gillette's top-tiered model in the early 1950's Featured a premium finish tweed case.  This specimen is in excellent condition and the case is seriously stunning. Twist to open functions ultra smooth, and the doors close like they are brand new. Finish is immaculate with the original Gillette Nickel handle and Rhodium head. Mint condition - should make for a great addition to your shave den or man cave! This set even comes with the original cardboard box that isn't seen often. History: The Gillette President was introduced in the early 1950's as an upscale Twist To Open razor that revolved around centered on high-end Rhodium plating, luxury travel case and high-polish finish. It is one of the nicest American razors that Gillette ever put out and is enjoyed today by collectors and shavers alike.
